Terms of Service

RefreshRadar connects to your Google Search Console property with read-only access, analyzes your pages’ search performance over time, and sends you a weekly, prioritized list of the pages losing the most traffic — with the likely reason and the estimated traffic at stake. We never publish, modify, or delete anything in your Search Console or on your website.

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to grant access to the Search Console property you connect — typically because you own or manage the underlying website. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• The Service is a monthly subscription. The current price is shown at checkout. Early-access customers keep a 50% discount for the lifetime of their subscription.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record / seller of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms, and applicable sales tax or VAT is handled by them and shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

If you are not satisfied, email us at support@refreshradar.app within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase. It does not affect any stronger refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@refreshradar.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except for the guarantee above, payments for a current period are non-refundable.

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to access other users’ data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, resell it without permission, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. How we collect, use and store your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google access and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Search Console data has inherent lag and gaps, and our analysis produces estimates and suggestions — not guarantees. We do not warrant that following a recommendation will recover traffic, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost traffic, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
